People Equity was founded in Stockholm in 2020 with a vision to reinforce societal equality through the companies shaping the future. Startups and scaleups are tomorrow’s large corporations—and they have a unique opportunity to build inclusive, high-performing cultures that drive both impact and value.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, people strategy, and performance. I support organizations by assessing leadership potential, coaching current and emerging leaders, and helping build People Operations functions that scale. With experience in C-level advisory, executive search, and hands-on talent leadership in private equity-backed environments, I’ve seen how the right people decisions can fuel growth—and how the wrong ones can stall it.
