About the idea…
People Equity was founded in Stockholm in 2020 with a vision to reinforce societal equality through the companies shaping the future. Start-ups and scale-ups are tomorrow’s large corporations and have a huge opportunity to impact society and its people in a positive way while increasing company value. To reap the benefits from a truly diverse and equal workplace requires awareness, structured recruiting processes, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership - which is what People Equity is all about.
With a background from one of the global leaders in Executive Search and as Talent Manager within private equity I have witnessed what negative impact the lack of diversity & inclusion has on companies and growth but also what amazing effects efficient actions can yield, on the bottom line and in peoples minds.
